    I received this item and the interior horse and foal are floating the the fluid, not attached to the bottom. Notified the seller with pictures and she threw it back in my lap, telling me I had to file a claim with the post office since the item was in "perfect" condition when she sent it. Never had to file anything with any shipper before! Buyers, beware, this seller does not stand behind her products getting to you in the way they were advertised.

    This seller initially did not offer to help with the fact that this item was received damaged and told me that I would have to take it up with the shipping company myself since it was in "perfect condition" when she sent it. However, she did then send a refund through to me for the full amount of the damaged product after this review was filed by me.
