They offered to refund if I sent the items back but I needed the part so I had to disassemble the part,straighten the damage and machine it flat and reassemble it. I have confidently used their products and service in the past and will again but they really disappointed me with this one.

Probably just a clerical error, but won't order from this seller in the future if I need a part on time. Unreliable.
