ordered Billhook and then seller offered me a special buy on a small spring told him I would buy spring if he included in the free shipping , told me to purchase it and he would refund me the shipping charge but only refunded me 1/2 the shipping, not very honest seller !

Buyer left me a neutral when I did exactly what was asked. They messaged me asked if I would combine two listings to save on shipping. One part was free shipping, the other was not. We refunded the seller the difference as stated. I was very clear that we would combine shipping, and nowhere did I say they would get the second part with free shipping. Buyer never contacted us regarding this and left the neutral. Our feedback speaks for itself. We provide great customer service.

This item was purchased with free shipping and was shipped accordingly. We combined the shipping as requested with the other part that wasn't free shipping and refunded the difference for the 2nd purchase. So, the neutral shouldn't apply in any way to this listing, as it was shipped correctly.
