Contacted two times requesting refund. I had a order I needed pattern for. Ordered on the. 8th. No tracking was sent proof of mailing did not receive order as of May 25th.. had to order from another seller on May 18, received on the 25 of May. Was disappointed with first seller but understand they don’t control the ground mail. Would have liked a tracking #. Made third request for refund on May 25 as per agreement with seller.
