A shaky start with no communication from the seller. It took four days from payment to despatch and a further four days to arrive. However, the seller apologised and explained the situation, so all good. The binoculars were in good condition and very competitively priced, with free delivery. Personally, I would have cleaned up the case prior to sale but it didn't take long to get it looking good again. Overall a positive experience.
