Wrong product was sent. I spent a lot of time trying to configure the product before I realized that it wouldn't work because it was the wrong device. That's ok I suppose, these things happen. Seller told me they would send the correct product same day I contacted them. A refund was also issued that same day. A week and a half later I contacted the seller again to inquire as to what was going on, they told me that the refund was an accident and that I would have to order another product.

Seller responded promptly to my inquiry about shipping. Product was shipped promptly and arrived in perfect condition. It works as advertized. Future buyers should be aware that the pin shipped with the product can break off when you try to pull it out of a tight RCA input (see photo). But that’s not the sellers fault, and the product comes with other cables - so the pin isn’t that important.
