We informed the client straight away that this item might be in storage, and we kept them informed each time. We also told the buyer that the item was located today, however we noted it was damaged, and we think it happened during our warehouse move in 2021. The buyer left a negative feedback after becoming furious. Errors do occur occasionally; after all, we are human.

The display was in 9/10 great condition. I messaged the seller and even though they are not a huge business, they took the time to send me pictures of the specific unit they would ship to me for confirmation and I appreciate that. I hope the screen keep working as it should with no bugs but for now, I'm very satisfied.
