Per esercitare tale diritto si deve inviare una raccomandata A/R e preferibilmente anche un fax. al numero 0815 13.43.35 specificando il numero d'ordine e quali prodotti sono soggetti al reso. Il tutto entro 10 giorni dal ricevimento merce. Il diritto di recesso è comunque sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni: 1) il bene acquistato dovrà essere restituito inutilizzato e integro, nella sua confezione originale completa in tutte le sue parti (compreso l'imballo e documentazione e dotazione accessoria), meglio evitare etichette o nastri adesivi sulla confezione originale del prodotto; 2) a norma di legge le spese saranno a carico del cliente; 3) la spedizione, fino all'attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel nostro magazzino, è sotto la completa responsabilità del cliente.
