L'opera proposta, (manufatto), dal sottoscritto realizzata, è sempre rigorosamente controllata prima di essere idoneamente imballata e pertanto consegnata integra al Vettore di spedizione incaricato della consegna all'Acquirente. .... La restituzione del manufatto consegnato all'Acquirente, è accettata soltanto se la medesima evidenzia difetti di realizzazione, che sono da verificare e confermare dal sottoscritto Autore. Le spese di spedizione per ritornarla al sottoscritto Venditore e Autore, sono a carico dell'Acquirente e deve essere spedita entro 14 giorni dalla data di ricevimento della medesima. .... Non sarà accettata la restituzione per sopraggiunto gusto contrario, se danneggiata dal vettore di spedizione o per danni causati da propria incuria e negligenza. ... Le immagini dell'opera,(manufatto), sono sempre presenti e ben visibili nell'inserzione, (fatto salvo eventuali e/o temporanei problemi tecnici del sito di eBay che ne impediscano la visione). ....
