This seller was not kind to me at all, he is a humiliating and aggressive person, he threatened to block me when I only told him that my package had not arrived for days, I asked him to return the money and then he got angry and started missing me respect and telling me that my money didn't matter

This is not true at all. Buyers tracking clearly shows that delivery has been delayed due to disruption in USPS service caused by severe weather in buyers area which is out of our control. We simply provided the buyer with tracking updates as well as reassured them that their purchase was insured so they will either receive their glasses or a full refund. This buyer is impossible to please and kept on sending us harassing messages and as a result, was blocked and reported to eBay.
