Very happy with my seat purchase. Shipped fast and decently packaged. Great photos showed any damage so there were not any surprises. Only complaint was lack of model info. I could see it was from seat concepts but was unsure if it was the Comfort Xl, Comfort, or Comfort low model. Seat was taller than I'd hoped. Overall it was a great deal on a very nice seat that I couldn't pass up. I'd buy from these guys again for sure.
