- o***o (523)- Feedback left by buyer.Past monthVerified purchaseSunglasses aren’t authentic. Compared them to the Oakley Holbrook XS sunglasses that my brother bought retail. Quality is very poor compared to his. Frames are cheap plastic (sharp ridges all around the frames). The lens are very cheap feeling and loose inside the frames. Also, light scratches are all over the frames. Contacted the seller requesting that I be allowed to return for a refund. They became very argumentative and wanted me to jump through hops to confirm that they are either real orReply from: stephag31- Feedback replied by seller stephag31.- Feedback replied by seller stephag31.Your first message to me was, "the glasses aren't like my brothers which are the exact same model, they are fake". I said I'd happily accept your return, on a non-returnable item. I just first wanted you to go to an authorized dealer to confirm they are in fact authentic. I have Luxottica invoices for the exact pair sold. If you're going to claim something is fake, you have an obligation to do 1 step of research, outside of: "they don't feel like my brothers" before posting defamatory claims.
