So had pulled out the grinder and start cutting the frame so the fan can spin freely. The weld job looked like their first time. On the bright side it doesn't leak . I thought from the add that this was a American product but when unpacked there was that little sticker made in you know where Thought I could mention this rad on a case forum but I dont think everyone want to fabricate
