        This guy is one of the toughest and difficult customers I have ever dealt with. I paid extra to send a package to him via UPS to Canada and he refused to pay customs fees online and instead tried to pay them in person only even though though there is a link on the website directly with the tracking. I finally convinced him to do it and even considered paying it myself but he was difficult. Sometimes you can't win with certain people, good luck!
