When it did arrive, it was not in new condition but had a substantial dent in the vacuuum tube. It was also nonfunctional- it would not accept a charge and would not turn on. Seller tried to get me to repair it through Dyson who refused to work on it as an open box item. Overall, a very unsatisfactory experience for a very expensive item. Seller was combative and insulted me.
