I reviewed each cartridge and the black cartridge's chips on the top right end corner were turned sideways which did not let the printer to work properly. So had to order a new one at the added cost of approximately $100. With that said I would have not bid the $325 for the printer. I didn't take a picture of the cartridge before I sealed it in the box.
