They used USPS Priority free packaging to ship an item using "Free" ground advantage. This means that I needed to pay the difference in shipping to recieve my item. After this, they used nothing but a box, toilet paper, and toilet paper rolls to actually pack the item. The only reason I am rating neutral rather than negative is because my refund was recieved quickly. I am lucky that it isn't broken, or worse.
