        The make up was brand new, still sealed and in the original box. Per our MANY emails back and fourth, I tried explaining that the product got damaged within the post office during shipping. I offered a partial refund, however you continued to spam my inbox, use profanity and threaten me. eBay has to step in and block you. Please be better to sellers as we are trying to do our best for our customers, but we are still trying to make a living. buyers like you leave a sour taste in everyone's mouths

        .... Per our MANY emails. The item was brand new and original packaging sealed. It got damaged in transit shipping. I offered to exchange and offered a refund. However the profanity and aggression was not called for. Had to ask eBay to step in as I was not going to argue. I try my best to make everything right, however I am only one person.
