    I received the item and loved it for 2 minutes. As I was unpacking it, I’m glad I did it by my front door. There were live cockroaches in the plastic packing. It was packed with care so much so the roaches made it unharmed. My reaction was to throw the porcelain elephant out of my front door . I hope I killed them all. I’m requesting a refund. I am a customer of eBay for many years and never had this experience before. I’m so disgusted that right now I will never buy from eBay again.

    You are my first negative feedback in over 15 years, I don't know what happen here, I don't think you made up a story like this, but nothing was done on purpose, that is for sure, eBay sides with the buyer 99.9 percent of the time no matter if they are wrong, so I don't think you have any worries.
