Contacted him 3-4 times over a month and replied with nothing but excuses. My last message to him received no response at all. He claims he’s been in business for 50 years, this is business 101. Don’t promise a refund to a buyer and then stiff them. He was clear he wanted positive feedback before refund so that should have been my first clue. I would avoid this seller, buyer beware.
