The lpt was still connected to the company that owned it last. I contacted Lenovo support since it was still under warranty. I was informed it couldnt be bypassed unless IT from that company removes it. Seller agreed on a return so I could get refund. Once lpt was shipped back, seller claimed I exchanged the lpt with another. Had to go through ebay to get refund. DONT BUY from this POS
