The description said new factory sealed, but the seal looks like it was not from tourbox and when I opened it the cable was loose and it did not have the protective bag that the cable and the tourbox is wrapped with from the factory. I have included pictures showing my unboxing experience. I don't think the seller tried to deceive me but whoever they got it from did deceive the seller.

Despite being unable to make the handlebars go high enough to my liking I think I will enjoy using it and I know my wife will be happier lifting this light rollator into car instead of the prior heavier one.
