Just wished the raw casting was packaged better. Raw castings are very prone to this because they are made to remove those extra pieces, and while we did our very best to protect it (individually bubble wrapped it in it's own baggie) we can't protect it from being thrown around while in the hands of USPS. We hope you still enjoy your item.
