    This buyer has a nefarious intend from the beginning to commit a fraud and scam, please look at his negative feedback, I'm eBay seller from 2011 and never had a negative for cancellation but I cancelled the order due to fraud and scam, He is also selling on Walmart as a third party. All sellers do not sell him anything he will open a case against you to get a free product or scam you, I'm also reporting him to his Local authorities and I will update the Complain number with the Western Police.
