On arrival, it had two problems: a stuck frame holder button (which I fixed) and a cracked mount that prevents the scanning unit from moving—this can't be repaired. The seller offered a return, but the scanner was already shipped abroad, making return costs too high. I suggested a partial refund, but got no reply.
