Attempted to flex it straight and it snapped in half. It's simple, it's a poor quality product likely made of epoxy that will continue to get harder as it ages. I contacted the seller and he was rude. I chose to contact him because the listing said no returns accepted and he said to "Stop whining and return it" then backed out when I mentioned it snapped in half. Of course he left out the fact that he sent me several rude messages to begin with before I had a chance to respond. Yes, the item is flexible. THAT'S THE POINT!! Most people have sense enough NOT to twist it until it breaks - MOST PEOPLE. You have to use some common sense - I know that's a tall ask when it comes to some folks, but I can't hold everyone's hand. Blocked him - no time to deal stupidity. SMH
