It is an opaque piece of fuzzy black material with a plastic backing that is naturally slightly tacky. The instructions are in Chinese, and the pics make no sense. It comes with a plastic squeegee tool and 12 very sticky disks. I think the idea is that you stick it on with the disks and squeegee it in place. I just stuck it on without the disks, and so far it didn't fall down.
