Customer claimed the videotape was unusable but wanted a partial refund. We offered a full refund with free return. We dont ever offer partial refunds as it leads to people just wanting to use unfair methods to gain extra money off. There was nothing wrong with the tape and were more than happy to accept the return if the tape was unusable. Seems strange you would want to keep an item that was so damaged
