The Willard Cutter Bender arrived quickly, it was well packaged, and was as described in the photographs provided (the text described it only as "used"). Thanks. The mechanism is frozen, so I have my restoration work cut out for me; disassembly, removable of rust, old grease, and paint, then repack with grease and repaint.
