Hello, we are sorry to hear that. But you've purchased an item on july 17th, today is September 20th. We understand that it was international shipping, but you received an item on July 31st. You've had at least 30 days to check the part out and install it. We do use ebay 30 day warranty policy. If the warranty expiries, we unfortunately can not just issue the refund.
