Extremely disappointing experience with this seller. I had an issue with the item received. When I contacted the seller to arrange a return, they flatly refused, taking no responsibility. Despite providing evidence of the issue, the seller remained uncooperative and dismissive. Their refusal to accept a return under these circumstances is unacceptable. I strongly advise against buying from them.

This review is completely false! This buyer is not painting the whole picture. This customer 2 actions figures from me and it's unfortunate that the packaged arrived damaged/tampered with so, the only conclusion would be that someone ripped the package open and stole one of the figurines. I offered to refund for the missing item but the customer never responded. I told the customer that I do not accept refunds as stated on the listing. I never once was uncooperative.
