I paid a couple hundred dollars for the entire set of these collectible encyclopedias. They showed up thrashed in this box by USPS. Why wouldn’t you ship them more efficiently? I was absolutely livid when they arrived. As a “vintage dealer”, I would think you would take care of your “high quality” shipments. To put that heavy, quantity of rare books in a box like that, with insufficient support to ship, is completely appalling. You are wrong. I want my money back.
