Had to reach out twice, and only after it got escalated to ebay support did the shipper finally send it out. It was also slightly damaged in shipping due to it being a sprue and a thin sheet of bubble wrap rattling around in a box.

Over all a good experience. Package came in with one strut broken and damaged but that's the nature of resin, nothing some super glue and sanding couldn't fix.
