A stunning 19th century French silver medal, in virtually mint condition, for an attractive price and combined shipping with a second item. Thank you! The medal's mint-mark (prow + ARGENT) corresponds with the year on the exergue (1842), which may explain the medal's bold, sharp relief and beautiful surface. Looks even better than in the pictures!
