This transaction could have been much less painful and Inconvenient if the seller took the time to Inspect the merchandise prior to shipping. The self stick adhesive had no paper to peel off in order to reveal the adhesive. In fact, It appeared the paper had previously been removed exposing the adhesive and then rerolled into one ball of unusable sticky mess.
