I had an issue with my phone. Spent days trying to figure it out and ended up causing more issues. I found this company on eBay and setup a time with them. They were able fixed it like it was nothing. They were VERY RESPONSIVE, PROFESSIONAL and EFFICIENT. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Once they finished, they sent me instructions on how to resolve it should another update screw things up. What more could I ask for!!!. I AM SO SATISFIED!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you.

The software sold does not perform as promised and there is virtually no support for the product. You could not even contact the seller. What a waste of my money!

Just another dishonest Ebay buyer. I actually use the software and created the DVD. The reality is that the buyer requested to return the disc because they suggested it was defective and the only reason for that suggestion was that they need to download a free update. All that needed to be done was to download the update and upgrade the license key, but the buyer never even bothered to respond to my messages. The buyer is just spewing BS because they never tried to contact me for support.
