Worst experience since opening eBay on ‘05. Bought 2 pairs of sneakers. One for a gift and one for me. Item apparently sent through FedEx may 8th but was stuck since may 11th and today it’s may 29 and never received it. Estimate delivery date was on 20th. Very disappointed considering its Puma company. Sent a message, automated response like robot. eBay message me that seller couldn’t provide a valid tracking info to them, so they refund me. Do not buy from them. Thanks to eBay for refund!
