The item was received damaged. I approached the seller to report and was received with hostility and accusations. Explained I was not angry, just needed to have the item replaced. They accused me of being a horrible person and liar I. Addition to other nasty allegations. Asked they calm down and us work on this out. More insults. The piece is beautiful, only missing one of the prongs (which could have been easily overlooked). Seller not interested in making it right unfortunately.

The buyer received this item on 5/6 signed and on 5/13 sent a message claiming the item has a broken prong!. The buyer received over 30 images of the ring recorded which shows the ring to be 100% in EXCELLENT CONDITION!!. This was NEVER OVERLOOKED NEVER!, no credible seller will ever overlook this kind of DAMAGE SHE RECEIVED A RING AS DESCRIBED AND EVEN MORE BEAUTIFUL IN PERSON. She was never able to ask us to calm down ! no buyer receives an item and 7 days later tell us its damaged .
