Logiciel : livré avec LOS 20, j'installerai LOS21 moi-même. Pas de souci. :)
Emballage : une petite caisse réutilisée (c'est éclologique) dont le contenu est très bien emballé dans du bulle et ne bouge pas.
Transport : expédié le jour même du paiement et arrivé rapidement malgré les grèves de la poste, le WE et le premier mai.

I hesitated for a long time to evaluate this transaction positively because although the console works very well it arrived damaged the side where the power button is located is detached (I have to turn it on using the joystick the button start-up not working) of its support due to packaging that is far too light. Not to mention a very long delivery although shipped very quickly: if I can give you two pieces of advice, change carrier and above all use much thicker and more resistant packaging.

Finally I would have liked an offer of compensation although it was not made by the seller who was also perfect in his follow-up and his work on the console.

It was the first time where a such accident occurred. In the future I will be using a more resistant packaging. I apologize that my refurbished PS3 was delivered in a such terrible state.
