Great item rude seller. Told on a Monday item not in stock til Thursday, offered similar product or refund chose refund and seller replied with rudeness and blacklisting. Will NOT_ be using again. Stay clear.....

Never offered refund to the seller. Warehouse supervisor had already done direct dispatch to customer from supplier. the customer also loads fake phone numbers to ebay, so you cant call them to let them know. They basically tried to scam us out of free discs. They said they have bought elsewhere, we have offered free returns and are STILL waiting. Plus they got free DPD next day delivery. This person also gave dodgy phone calls and abuse to team colleagues via witheld! Beware! Scammer Alert!
