You can get good customer service here, but you'll need to be EXTREMELY patient and EXTREMELY persistent. I received a crooked printed t-shirt. I didn't get a reply until my 3rd attempt. The guy who helped me admitted that someone else was deleting my messages. I waited for a replacement that never arrived. If this sounds like the worst, then yes, stay away. The entire stock was crooked. More deleted messages and more persistence later, I got a different shirt. Ultimately happy...just took time.
