The African bread fruits is very dirty. I had to wash it with hot water for a long time to clean it. It's mixed with sand and tiny stones. I won't recommend this product to anyone. After cooking despite a long cleaning and washing. I found myself chewing sand and tiny stones. I had to spit it out. A waste of money, time, gas.
