Boots were delivered quickly. Unfortunately they were too small and the next size up was out of stock. Richard from thinkbikegear contacted supplier to see if they could obtain next size up without being prompted but they were on long delivery time. He contacted me to see if I could take an alternative colour which I couldn't. He helped make the return and credit process very easy for me.
