Bought this puzzle for my daughters birthday. It was missing 6 pieces, contacted the seller for a refund or was willing to replace with same item. It cost $18.51, they gave me a refund of $3.29. I advised I was contacting my credit card company to dispute the charges as I didn't get what I paid for. I never heard from them, so have contacted my credit card company. I've been an eBay buyer since 2005 and have never left a negative review. I gave a chance to make it right, its unfortunate.
