I will say that he/she was less than willing to assist and work with me. The listing showed the lighter in a Zippo stand. There was no mention of the stand NOT being included, so when I contacted him/her, it was explained that the stand was for photo purposes only. I received the lighter in a DENTED tin. When asked about that, I was told the tin was not original to the lighter. The title was clear that it was the lighter that was being offered. As the gentleman stated, I offered him a refund. I don't understand what more I could have offered given that the item was in the condition stated in the listing, and the tin was included to protect the lighter. Glad to see petty people still exist. It would make life so boring otherwise.
