Vom Käufer wurde versicherter Versand nach Spanien (Festland) für 9,70 € ausgewählt. Es stellte sich aber heraus, dass die Lieferung auf die kanarische Insel Teneriffa gehen sollte. Die Recherche ergab, dass der versicherte Versand dorthin günstigstenfalls für 29,99 € möglich und aufgrund des eigenen Mehrwertsteuer-Gesetzes eine Zollerklärung nötig gewesen wäre. Die Situation wurde dem Käufer erklärt und der Betrag umgehend zurück überwiesen.
