While I love the product, it stated new in box. This is not true as there was salt and pepper inside. Also the salt shaker is on so tight it can’t be removed. I would have still purchased it used, but do feel I was misled on the condition.

Received plates. One was broken. Packaging was not great. Seller replied and said “ Sorry, I did my best”. I have requested another plate or partial refund. I don’t feel that I should have to pay for another plate and high shipping fees. I am sure the seeker insured the plates.
