My product did NOT arrive, I checked my address and it was correct, I have already made several online purchases on Amazon and other sites and never had any problems with them. BTW, the delivery was running late and it still DID NOT arrive at my address. I literally lost the money and I want a refund because this is the third time that I DID NOT receive the delivery that I purchased on eBay and they did not get back to me, they just said that the order was returned because the address was wrong.

Here is the tracking number 9400109105465108676350. This item was returned by USPS because the property was "VACANT". The item was purchased on a Saturday, shipped Monday 5/13 and was out for delivery 5/17. The delivery was not running late and was scheduled to be delivered earlier than the date quoted by Ebay. I see this is the 3rd time that you did not receive a delivery, this is clearly an EBAY and/or USPS issue, as we can only ship to the address provided. I did everything I could on my end
