The parcel was delivered to the address, but no one was in, so Parcel Force asked a neighbour to take the parcel as shown in the tracking information. The buyer blamed me for this and was very abusive regarding the delivery. An email has been sent to the buyer explaining where the parcel is. As for refusing point black to help, I did all I could to help resolve the matter but I have been bombarded with messages from the buyer. I have reported the abuse to eBay.
