Seller went above and beyond normal to explain about Sharks process of applying separate model no. to the vacuum and the receptacle. He didn't have to do that but it is what sold me on the purchase. Very pleased with vacuum. Packaging was as if it was purchased directly from Shark. Would spend money with seller again!
